Each gradient consists of 8 mats measuring 32.2 x 32.2 cm. A complete gradient (1 module) measures 32.2 x 258.8 cm and is covered with paper on the front. The gradient darkens from top to bottom. Depending on the room height, the module can be shortened at the top or bottom. Upon request and after consultation, it can be extended for an additional charge to adapt to the space. General information:
• Upon receipt of the product, we strongly recommend checking the application label to ensure that the mosaic is suitable for your specific purpose. We cannot accept liability for any complaints due to improper installation.
• Please note that the mosaic should always come from a single production batch to ensure consistency.
• Always use the appropriate adhesive and joint for best results. Please consult your building chemicals supplier for more information.
• We recommend ordering at least 3-5% offcuts, although a larger quantity may be required depending on the project and installation technique.
• If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a sample to avoid unwanted returns, as the monitor image does not always reflect the actual appearance.

We would like to point out that mosaic deliveries may occasionally contain minor defects, as this is almost unavoidable with thousands of tiles. We do not inspect every tile in every box we ship. Such minor irregularities are corrected during installation.

We would also like to share some tips from a tiler to ensure a smooth installation:
• Preparing the substrate for the mosaic tiles.
• Marking the area to be covered with the mosaic.
• Prepare the substrate (primer/waterproofing, etc.), mix the tile adhesive, and apply it to the surface. (Depending on the installation location, involve the building chemicals supplier.)
• Inspect the mosaic tile from the front and back.
• If there are any defective stones/tiles, simply remove them from the mat.
• Install the mosaic carefully.
• Take a mosaic tile from the offcuts, place a dot of adhesive on the back of the tile, and insert it into the empty space.
• Finally, grout the mosaic – and the job is done!

Please note: There is no right of withdrawal for this product according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
This is a custom-made product – e.g., a handcrafted mosaic gradient or a mosaic mix specially mixed for you. These items are not prefabricated, but individually assembled and produced after your order. Even if a color concept or sample image is used as a basis, each design is unique.
Due to this custom manufacturing process, returns or cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
