No returns are possible for custom-made goods such as mosaics, blends, and color gradients, or goods produced or imported at the customer's request.

Color gradients are largely handmade. The gradients are produced after the order has been placed.
There is no return period, and the goods are non-returnable.
We would not be able to resell this item if it were returned, as it is personalized due to the handcrafting and batch-specific nature of the product.
The ordered gradients are adjusted during production to ensure a perfect match, making them unique.
